Baglio San Nicola
Among the olive groves and vineyards of Naro, a nineteenth-century baglio continues to welcome travellers. More than simply a place to sleep, it is a way to enter the Sicilian landscape.
The rooms preserve their arches, vaults and traces of rural life. All around, forty hectares still follow the rhythm of the land.

Our essence
What remains
The stones are not a backdrop: they are the very substance of your stay. Rooms that once held grain, wine and hay now welcome new stories.
What nourishes
Olive trees, pomegranates, apricots and table grapes. The countryside does more than surround the Baglio: it shapes its flavours, colours and seasons.
What is rediscovered
A swim at sunset, a slow breakfast, the shade of an olive tree. Here, time is not filled: it is finally allowed to breathe.
Stay at the Baglio

Every morning, the international buffet brings together cakes, almond biscuits, fresh fruit, juices and savoury dishes. A generous breakfast, enjoyed at an unhurried pace.

From the land to the table
Our cooking follows the land: Sicilian recipes, local ingredients, wines from native grape varieties and our own extra virgin olive oil. Tradition reaches the table with restraint and care.
